The department focuses on educating students and the community on the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle, good nutrition (Pathya Ahara), and healthy living practices (Pathya Vihara). It empowers students with the knowledge and skills needed to adopt healthy regimens and spread this wisdom to others, fostering a culture of health and wellness.
  • In addition to its academic and clinical functions, the department also serves as the social and community-facing arm of the institution, engaging in numerous outreach initiatives to promote health education, prevent lifestyle diseases, and encourage holistic well-being.
